Hublot 703.OM.1138.NR.FMO10 wrist watches news:
I got an invite to an event at the New York Institute of Technology to listen Founder and Managing Director Peter C. Stas speak about how he started his company. It was very interesting to listen to how someone takes an idea and turns it into a major swiss watch co. that produces over 95000 pieces a year. He also gave some valuable info about his relationships with distributors and retailers. I was very surprised to hear that the U.S is only 4% of his market, Asia taking 44%. I know the economy is bad but I expected more. After his presentation he open it up to Q&A. After words most of the students fled out which left me a wonderful opportunity to introduce myself. Since I am in the works of starting my own watch company (which by the way is expensive and difficult) I was able to pick his brain a little bit. I am thinking of replacing my very rough bezel/bezel insert on my latest Speedmaster (see 3rd photo down) It is a pre moon model 145022-69 (from early 1969) I have an option to buy a couple of bezels which supposedly are for this vintage but one has a hyphen over the first E in TACHYMETRE and the other one does not (see photos)The current bezel I have on does not have the hyphen and I am assuming it is the original so obviously I want to replace with the same, anyone know when this hyphen came in please, thanks.
Hey guys,I'm thinking about purchasing a PAM that comes with neither the instruction nor warranty booklet. The price is accordingly lower by about 400. Seller is well-regarded on this forum, so I don't have any concerns. I will not be trading this watch. Any reason why I should not take this bite?
Hi,I'm headed to Vegas, Santa Monica/ Beverly Hills here for the next week, any AD's that are a must to go to?
Hello all,Just wondering if 580 endlinks will fit on a 78790 with a X clasp code. I believe 78790 typically come with 501b but I want to fit on a 1016 which uses 580s.Thank you,Corey
