U-Boat U-Boat 13865 wrist watches news:
Omega X-33 watch lovers will rejoice to know that for 2014, Omega is releasing a brand new version of the X-33 called the Omega Speedmaster Skywalker X-33. You can now insert relevant Luke Skywalker and other related Star Wars references. This is an interesting move as just two years ago in 2012 Omega released what was supposed to be the modern X-33 with the Speedmaster Z-33 (reviewed here). Nevertheless, the cult favorite X-33 is back with a new and updated model.Omega's CEO quietly admitted to us that it was probably not the best idea to give the Z-33¨Cwhich was technically great¨Cthe historic Flightmaster-style case. So while the Z-33 isn't going away (at least for now), the essence of the X-33 is back with the Omega Speedmaster Skywalker X-33. This was a very quiet release, so more information will come in the future for sure. Further, we are excited to see that Omega is focused on this more niche high-end quartz community, and more importantly the needs and desires of today's astron
I'm looking to join the Rolex family. I'm interested in purchasing a Submariner Date SS. I've read on the forum that the new Submariners are coming out with the text around the dial (which I don't really mind having), but I've also read that Rolex will be releasing the Submariner with the Glidelock Clasp....here are my questions: 1. Has the Glidelock clasp version hit ADs yet?2. If they're not out yet, do you guys recommend I wait until the Glidelock clasp version comes out being how it's considered an improvement over the Fliplock? 3. What AD do you guys recommend for the purchase?4. Is 15-20% off MSRP the maximum discount, or have some of you received better deals than this?5. Are there any mechanical downsides to getting the date version over the non-date version? Perhaps any problems owners have expereienced with this particular model? 6. Is the submariner scheduled to get another price hike this year? Thanks in advance for your responses guys!
First and foremost thanks for hosting such a friendly PP forum. As our mod Milos can tell you I am smitten with the rose gold Nautilus. Can anybody share wristshots or other photographs of this piece? Go ahead, I can take it.
Hello Guys...I went to look at this AP Dual Time today... beautiful watch! However, the AD told me that they stopped making this watch now and its the last one they have in the shop!Anyone confirm this? Also I called to check about a 1.5 link and the Service Center was not helpful at all. They told me that I had to send the watch into there service centre via the AD and then they will check out the watch and then let me know if a 1.5 link is available for this watch! Sound a bit much just for a simple link no?
An article in December Watchtime about Arnold Schwarzenegger, the watch collector and his association with AP.I couldn't believe the following images of how he keeps his watches (if the photos taken are true).Bloody disgrace compared to how I look after my watches.
