- I loved the watch! My only concern is that the band may become damaged with time. I need to check with the manufacturer how much it would cost to replace it, but overall it is super chic!

Hublot 342.SX.130.RX.114 wrist watches news:
Zodiac is a curious brand that, at its peak, made just about every type of watch you could imagine. Triple date chronographs, GMTs, 24 hour models, divers, dress watches and watches with all together novel designs were common place for this well regarded Swiss brand. Models such as the Sea Wolf, Olympos and Astrographic are classics in their own right, demonstrating great design and a remarkable amount of creativity. Zodiac was a genuine innovator amongst Swiss brands, and in the late 60's was one of the first brands to bring out an automatic movement with a frequency of 36,000 beats per hour (detailed timeline here). Referred to as their SST or Split Second Timing line, these watches guaranteed (literally) to be the most precise in the world. The idea being that the higher frequency movements, which "tick" 10 times per second, are more accurate than watches with a frequency of the more standard 28,800 bph. While the previous claim is likely debatable, a more obvious benefit to a 36k m
As I mentioned before this is a really sweet watch, solid, reliable and well made. In my eyes this can compete with several other models from any brand. My attempt was to change it a bit but still make it look good. I have an original one that I keep as reference and I like very much, so all I wanted to do was to change it a bit to make it different but still good looking. My first two attempt were pretty good, but in the end I was not satisfied with the result, I mean after a while I was feeling that something else could be done.So here we are, a new project. I just replaced the hands with original Seiko hands from the Stargate model. The seconds hand is from another diver, I believe the SKX007. Overall I like it and it seems to give a little of a military flavor to the watch. I would like to share these photos with other forum WIS members and I hope you enjoy. As usual sorry for any dust spec and lint.
Evening folks Just to share a story of my friend issue who just bought a ROO last week. So he suspected that the watch have an issue. Here is the case: when the watch turn off, no matter how many times he shake to watch, after 1-2 minutes the watch will stop, but then he give a winding about 40 times, the watch can last about 48 hours. Can some expert here give an explanataion why is it like that? Moreover when he wear the watch, if its around 48 hours the watch will stop. It means there is a problem with the movement as normally as long as we wear an automatic watch, after we gave full wound it wont stop until we dont wear it for several days. Need your help to explain this. Thanks
Checking out the new Breitling website and you can find some of the new models to be released at Basel. Some of the highlights include a new Navitimer Chronograph in 41mm with a non in house movement and a three handed Navitimer in 38mm with non in house movement, a new sized Super Ocean Heritage II at 44mm with an in house (Tudor based) movement and a new Chronomat with a new bezel. True to his Georges Kern word all of the new model chronographs with in house movements have contrasting sundials while the non in house models do not. The new models can be found here https://.breitling/us-en/find-yo ... w-watches/ Enjoy and let the debates begin!
You all know what they look like so no box shots, but wrist shots from the park in front of my house. Lovely day here in Sydney 29c and sunny, we could do with rain. In one the city is in focus and the watch not, the second is of Puffy's potential new home in Pyrmont, in that one the watch is in focus.Very excited to have joined the PP world, still love my Rolex and other watches as well, I think I am now done, I have all my favourites. One day I may swap my DJ for a DD but I think I have all the lovely watches I could ever want.
