Hublot Hublot 9516 wrist watches news:
The full line of Spanish Pita Barcelona watches are now available on James List. This includes the fascinating and highly character rich Pita Carousel. At first glace the watch is certainly unique, but you might not fully understand this bespoke creation. Each Pita Carousel watch is totally customizable - and made to order. The watch is 40mm wide? (just 8mm thick) and available in 18k yellow gold, rose gold, or white gold. There is also the option of getting one in 950 platinum. The Carousel watch has its name for good reason. This is because the movement is visible right through the dial and spins around (like a carousel). The movement spins as it tells the time. Thus the movement rotates on its own axis. The watch is known as a 12 hour hand watch. Meaning it has just one hand that moves around the dial once each 12 hours. The hand itself does not move, but rather it is attached to the movement that is what moves.Pita really likes crownless cases, and the Carousel is a good example of
Hi, This is what I posted on other forum:Hello,Recently I inherited small collection of wrist watches. There are 20+ (edit: realy there is 17 pieces ¨C at first pile seemed bigger ) watches in collection and brands are Tissot, Favre Leuba, Vulcain, Juvenia. I was told that watches are aprox. form period 1970-1990 (edit: one Tissot I opened is from around 1965 acording to movement). Some have, I think, original straps (marked strap and buckle) and some even have price/stock tags. On top of that I got some literature and catalog. As total newb to watches I would appreciate some guidelines from experienced people. Most of collection are mechanical watches and few are battery powered. I will probably left few pieces as sentimental value and rest will be traded or sold. In literature I got I failed to find any piece from collection, in there are many pieces from same brand and with wide range of prices but not one from collection. I went to local watchmaker but he wasnt able to help me, exc
Hi I'm new to this forum and would like to ask the members for there thoughts on a problem I have.In Febuary I bought a new TAG SLR CAG2111 at a cost of nearly 3k retail, In October I noticed the hour hand had dropped out of sync by half an hour so at the top of the hour the hand indicated half past. On this watch there is no way to adjust the hand (on my classic 2000 you can) so off it went via Goldsmiths to be fixed 5 weeks later I got it back all fixed.I don't wear the watch every day so it quite oftens stops after about a day of not wearing it.2 weeks after having it fixed I set the time and put it on and went out for the evening about 11pm I checked the time and was amazed to see the same thing had happened again to say I was annoyed was an understatement.Ok I appreciate there are better and more expensuve watches on the market but I don't describe this as a cheapy and honestly expect better my classic is 6 years old and apart from 1 battery it has never failed.I have spoken to TA
Hello all,This is my first posting.I very recently purchased an A13047 Chronomat and i love it.As I was cleaning the bezel, two of the small domed screws (not the rider tabs screws) came loose.I was not able to put them back in pace, since they do not have a real thread. These appears to be different from the other Chronomat bezel screws I have seen in pictures. Can anyone tell me how these screws are secured to the bezel?Cheers from California.
I have admired the 5098 since it's release in 2009, and the opportunity to buy one surfaced last week, so an early Christmas present for me...
