Invicta 7060 wrist watches news:
Well I get to post up my first "incoming"!Last night my wife placed an order for me for my first Citizen, AT0200-05E.I plan on using it as an everyday watch (I don't care for the term 'beater')to replace my Seiko Honda F1 for everyday use. Here's a pic: I'll post up some pics when it gets here.I've never owned a Citizen, but I'd like to get aquainted with the Eco drive technology, and this would seam to be a great entry level oppertunity to do so.(Mods, I posted this in the "General" section as well, if you feel it's too redundant, feel free to remove.)
Below are the "General ISO 2281 Water Resistant standards:"Water Resistant" is a common mark stamped on the back of wrist watches to indicate how well a watch is sealed against ingress of water. It is usually accompanied by an indication of the static test pressure that a sample of newly manufactured watches was exposed to in a leakage test. The test pressure can be indicated either directly in bars, or (more commonly) as an equivalent water depth in meters (in the United States sometimes also in feet). An indication of the test pressure in terms of water depth does not mean a water resistant watch was designed for repeated long term use in such water depths. For example, a water resistant watch marked at 30 meters depth cannot be expected to withstand activity for longer time periods in a swimming pool, let alone continue to function at 30 meters under water. This is because the test is conducted only once using static pressure on some of the newly manufactured watches. The test for qu
I'm looking to get one of the Movado Fiero Tungsten watches..Model # 605621, but I want to make sure I'm not getting a replica online. Any recommendations of where to look without having to worry about getting a fake.Of course, I'd like to find the best deal...which I've found them as low as $1,000.00 ..but a common price is around $1,300Thanks for the help guys!Christopher
Hi all,Was already considering a Patek 3940 vs an ALS Sax Annual Calendar.. Now am thinking of a Worldtime 5110 as well (prefer the older 36mm iteration)Which would you prefer between the 3940 and the 5110? Both use the 240 micro-rotor calibre, and this is particularly pertinent as I prefer not to have the same base movement in two diffferent pieces in my collecvtion. Would probably be considering the White Gold version in both pieces.
Looks like the black gmt and Batman still available on the site.
