It looks pretty on the photo, but on my hand less attractive. For $300 I paid, it's ok, but for more, maybe you'll find sth better. The stainless steel parts scraches as easly as in cheap watches.

Awhile back, I had posted that I had helped out a friend and bought his Yachtmaster. Well, I paid, he shipped and the USPS - LOST it. Yup. Gone.We tracked it using the Delivery Confirmation to the Atlanta processing facility. That's been well over 2 weeks now. He's refunded my money and filed a claim with the USPS for the loss (it was insured).I had my heart set on getting my second Rolex and so, I eventually got a pretty good deal for a mint 2007 GMT II Pepsi bezel. It was between that or a new Explorer II, but since the Pepsi is no longer in production, I went with the Pep-Z.It was delivered yesterday and I've posted the pics in the Rolex forum. Picked up a new watch today!
Hey everyone, just picked up a new watch this afternoon and thought I would share the joy :) I've been drooling over this one for a while now, and due to losing sleep because of my drooling I decided to just go for it. I own a fair number of sports watches now, so I figured it's time to get a dress watch--especially since my TT Date is in for servicing. As I mentioned in another post, the three watches that I planned on buying this year are: Omega Deville Hour Vision, SS Daytona, and a PAM 233. From 42mm to 36mm and back
I have a bit of a conundrum. I have a SS SkyD which is my daily driver at the moment. My other watches are a Tag chrono (40mm) and an Omega seamaster chrono (41.5mm). My wrists are a tad under 7.I've always liked the DD, and have been eyeing the 118238 or a 18238. I went to a AD and tried one on and it felt so small. It didn't look right but I'm assuming it's because I haven't warn a 36mm since who knows. Does anyone here alternate often between a 36mm and a larger watch? Over the weekend I've seen two deep blue deepseas that were sold a few months apart from AD's, however there are quite material font differences. I searched and found references to early mk1 black dial font variances, but what about deep blue, is this a known change?
