Hublot 341.SX.130 RX 114 wrist watches news:
Perhaps there is not too much classic about it save for the fact that it uses an ETA Valjoux 7750 movement. Temption is a supreme German watch maker, not a marketing agency right? So we can forgive the odd name and focus on the beautiful watch. Here is a PVD black with yellow trim model, one of the rarer versions of an already rare watch (only 200 of these yellow models were ever made). Temption produces no more than about 700 watches a year, and all owners are lucky to have them. Temption watches are classic to the extent their designs seem timeless. Focusing on Bauhaus minimalism, it isn't quite the stark emptiness you get from traditional minimalist design, but rather focuses more on pure functionality taking symmetry and aesthetics into consideration. The Valjoux 7750 movement inside this Temption Classic Chronograph is perhaps the finest function dedicated movement produced. What I mean is that it focuses on being a 12 hour chronograph, and performs that functions almost flawlessly,
Need expert opinion, is this original or fake...Note: At the movement, I cant see the caliber number. Thanks
Hey PalsAs some of you may know the Speedmaster Professional post Moonwalk and until the early 80s had the cal861 movement in Red Gold. Well not of it but where we currently see Rhodium was once Red Gold. It looks great as I'm sure you've seen from Fr John's pictures. You won't find them with display backs of course. These are converted examples with the cost of conversion somewhere in the region of $400 I would say since a display back would cost approximately $300 assuming you can find one. That would bring up the cost of an early 70s Speedy to something akin to the price of a pre-loved LE. Even the 30th Anniversary " Hello Houston" model now goes for no less than $2200 these days.Hence my question is - which would you go for? The Conversion or The LE? Or perhaps you would consider a young 3573.50 instead? So which guys and why please?Y'all be well now pals ZIN
Hi,I own a PAM 09 Base Black dial.I bought this watch in 2000 in Vienna.I wonder if anyone could give me a guide price as to its value? It is in excellent condition. Worn only a few times. Watch only. No box.I tried to get an idea from Ebay but couldn't find a similar model. If you could assist me I would be very grateful.I can post pics if necessary but I feel that the model will be well known to members. Many thanks.
With all the craziness of 5711 and 5712. I think we should look at the nautilus again as a series. Each model offers something different that makes it a nice collection. Agree?BTW, Happy Chinese New Year to everyone! Wish you all the best and good health!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
