Hotblack London is a new smart watch brand established by British physicist and watchmaker, Richard Hoptroff. Simply called the "Hotblack watch," this analog smart watch?can display either the time and the date, or by the press of a button, the live score and the remaining time of?any ongoing soccer?match of the?owner's choice. Primarily known for his "No. 10"?Atomic Pocket?Watch for Hotblack London, Richard set out to create a wristwatch that is arguably much more wearable and affordable and is inspired?by?one of the greatest sport events of the year, the FIFA World Cup.Held every four years and called the FIFA World Cup, the world soccer championship?is an unstoppable marketing machine that absolutely no one on this planet could?fully ignore. I spent the day hanging out with IWC in Schaffhausen working on a little video project that will be ready in about a month. But, while bumming around bugging everyone from the museum curator to Kurt Klaus himself, I came across what is just seriously a beautiful watch. I'm talking about the IWC Portuguese Perpetual Calendar In White Gold With A Blue Dial. 2 OF 4 Now if you know anything about IWC and its history with perpetual calendars, you know that Mr. Klaus designed the first QP back in 1985 that was fully operational by just the crown - that means no pushers at all. The movement inside this Portuguese is no different, and the day, month, moonphase, and year are all completely in sync, always. That means if you stop wearing the watch and it stops running, you don't have to set each indicator individually, but rather, just set the date with the crown and all else with adjust itself accordingly. But that much, I knew before seeing this Portuguese with blue
Hey guys, new to the forums, but have a question relating to vintage modelsRecently won an ebay auction for an older Oris model which the seller claims is vintage. Comes with no papers which is fairly ok, however he claims that there is no model or serial number attached to the watch, only the movement number, CAL.652KIF. Really have no clue but don't particularly want to send 400$ over to be receiving a dudPut in some piccies for some opinions as well Thanks guys!1.jpg2.jpg3.jpg
