- I was quite disappointed when I received this. I ordered the white. The look is very dull and cheap. The bling I saw on the show was simply nonexistent in real life. Definitely not worth the money. I sent it back the same day.

Hublot 511.ZX.1170.RX.1104 wrist watches news:
Christie’s November 15 Geneva sale generated an impressive SFr. 21,572,700, or a little over $22 million. The sale included ¡°A Connoisseur¡¯s Vision Part III¡±, which together with Parts I and II, represents the most important private Patek Philippe collection ever offered at auction, and the most expensive collection ever sold. Among the wristwatches sold in Geneva, Patek Philippe took the top spots. The star of this sale was lot 114, an exceptionally rare 18K pink-gold Patek Philippe ref. 2523 two-crown worldtime wristwatch with 24 hour indication and blue enamel dial. Manufactured in 1953, this piece was originally retailed in Milan in 1957. This is the 35.5mm “large version” of the reference, and only 14 examples are known to have come to auction. The selling price was $2,727,651.The number two position in the sale went to lot 234, an 18K pink gold Patek Philippe ref. 2499 perpetual calendar chronograph with moon phases, manufactured in 1957. This piece was consigne
here are some watches that I'm sending out to be fixed/refurbished. I can't wait do the before and after shots when they come back.A couple of lady's watches. Thank you to the antiquevintagewatches/ for the information in my research.Hamilton Fay (Its funny because i scoured the site to find its identity, but then all I had to do was just look inside the case ) This next one I couldn't identify the name (if there actually is one) of the watch. Here is another unidentified lady's. Its still on its way (hence the low quality photo). Here are a couple of mens watches from the electronic bay of auction too. This was identified before as the Wilshire (thanks to VintageHamiltons again).Lastly an automatic:
I had been looking at getting one of these vintage Seiko Divers model 6309-7040 for a couple of months. The reason is that I believed it to fit my wrist better then the regular SKX divers. Also I had a mod in mind and I wanted something that was vintage looking. So when I found one on bracelet (I don't like rubber straps) that looked like a good deal I snatched it.I have to say that I am no expert on vintage Seiko divers, I did read a bit about the 6309 model, saw a few photos and I learned a few things in reading posts on the forums. However I don't think that I could recognize an original part from an aftermaket one. But in truth, does this matter much? Not really, at least to me:I was expecting great things from this watch but when it arrived it blew away all my expectations. Here was a great watch some 25 year old in great shape looking more like being a few months old and little used certainly loved and in much better shape that I would ever have imagined. Some of the reaso

So guys I'm in a dilemma. I finally pulled the trigger on a Rolex Submariner two liner, a 2006 model last month. Got a great deal on it, but then Baselworld hit. I saw the new Tudor Black Bay Fifty Eight. A 39mm Black Bay really intrigues me. I don't want to own both.Just seeing what others think?
