- The watch is large and very cute! I got the green and the stone is very pretty. It is a little on my wrist and my wrist is average. I love the fact that if the watch quits working I still have a cute bracelet.

Ceramic Diver pic request + other questions
I am in the market for a used Ceramic Diver and previously posted a question about the relative comfort of the Ceramic vs SS Diver. I owned a SS Diver an liked it a lot but never loved it, however I am convinced I will love the Ceramic version It would really be helpful to see some side-by-side pics of the Ceramic and SS Divers, on or off the wrist. Can anyone help me by posting some?A few other questions.Is it true that the Ceramic Diver was only sold through AP boutiques and not ADs?Will the ROO Rubberclad tapered strap and buckle fit the Diver case and plots?I know there is no right answer to this but ... does anyone think a Diver is too much watch or too out of place as a daily watch in a business casual (i.e. no suit) environment? I love the watch but sometimes wonder if wearing a hulking block of SS or Ceramic that is designed for deep ocean exploration day to day at a desk and around the house is a bit of a poseur move¡.like driving a Zonda in downtown London (although I wish I

Like many of you, there are more Pateks that I want than I can afford, but I have decided to go ahead and get my first one. I have a Rolex Submariner and a very nice 1967 Speedmaster (cal 321) that both have a great deal of sentimental value - I don't see myself parting with either. Steel sport watches suit the way that I mostly dress, including to work, where I don't need to wear a suit.I feel like I should get a precious metal dress watch because it's what my collection is lacking, and I am seriously considering a 5227R. (I do not like 5196's, I'm partial to 5119R but it seems even more dressy to me than the 5227. The 5153R is beautiful, but I feel like the 5227 is more modern and may be better suited to lasting the test of time. I do not like the 5146). I'm also considering a 5205R because I feel that a Patek ought to have a complication, but at 40 mm, it's getting a bit big for my wrist, and with it's thickness and bling-factor, I might wear it even less than a 5227R.On the other h

Funny how things grow on you...
I thought the 5711 was the premier Nautilus but the more and more I see the 5712 the more I can't stop thinking about it. The shades of blue in different angles mixed with the red and MP get me more each time I see one. Some of the pics on Instagram are phenomenal. Those who has followed my posts know that I'm a huge 5167 fan, however I might have to make the 5712 my first Patek. I realize in the end I'll get both but know I won't be completely satisfied should I spring for the aqua first.Arnaud, you're spot on buddy. You preach that it grows on you and couldn't be more right.

Just one Tudor??
So I've got 5 Rolexes. 2 Subs, a 14060m and an 114060. Two Explorer 16570s ( black face and polar) and finally an Explorer 14270. I've owned and quickly flipped 2 Tudor Black Bays. Firstly an in house Black Bezel on a bracelet and then an eta Blue on the leather strap. With both I quickly went off them after the initial excitement wore off. I'm not completely sure why but I think the thickness of the case sides was a major factor. Now I desperately want to add a 'keeper' Tudor to my small collection. I'm thinking of a BB36 which is a size I like although quite similar to my Exp1. What do people think and in particular what is the overall thickness and the case side thickness like?
