- Looks great and looks like it was more expensive that it was. The only blem is that the excess band will not stay under the slide.

IWC IW376705//Dial: wrist watches news:
Vacheron Constantin is known for producing some of the world’s thinnest timepieces, and for 2010 they are introducing two new wristwatches in the Historiques collection that confirm the brand’s expertise in the arena of the ultra-thin. The Historique Ultra-fine 1955 measures only 4.1mm thick, making it the world’s thinnest mechanical hand-wound watch. The Historique Ultra-fine 1968 is a square, ultra-thin automatic. The 36mm 1955 is presented in 4N 18k pink gold. Though an homage to the past, the 1955 is a modern design with 30 meter water resistance, a sapphire display back, and a titanium casing circle to improve the rigidity of this wisp for the wrist. Beneath the opaline silver-colored gold dial lies caliber 1003, which at a mere 1.64mm is the world’s thinnest. To celebrate its 55th anniversary in 2010, the movement has been reborn with 18k gold mainplate and bridges. The 21.1mm-diameter movement consists of 117 parts and beats at 18,000 vph. Hello Everyone,Firstly let me say thankyou to the moderators for keeping everything going on the forum!Well I have been really enjoying my Stainless Steel 42mm PO, however, I think the trap is a little tight on my wrist. Also, last week I was in Dubai and the strap really was too tight!Could anybody point me in the right direction for the necessary tools so I can size the strap at home myselfHope to hear from someone soon. Thanks once again for the forum!RegardsPhilip

I was changing the date on my 5 digit ExII to catch it up with the short month, Plus I haven¡¯t worn it for about a week. To change the date, you advance the hour hand around twice independently. It will click from hour to hour. Then, I noticed it was no longer clicking, but merely spinning around the dial. It¡¯s still changes the date, but it is no longer running with the time. I wonder how expensive this will be?
My AD told me last week that Rolex Magazine is being discontinued. The sub issue is the last one is what he said. With that news I would like to complete my collection, does anyone have extra copies of issue #1 (Daytona) or #3 (SkyDweller)?
