The watch is gold, 18 k red and has an engraved Guilloche Dial machine like the anniversary edition of Montblanc Nicolas Rieussec chronograph watch (also unveiled this year). The sophisticated watch winder is electrically operated.The other electrical part of the clock (except for the lights) is the glass dome of Crystal which raises and lowers with a special valve to the rear of the unit.
The watch is gold, 18 k red and has an engraved Guilloche Dial machine like the anniversary edition of Montblanc Nicolas Rieussec chronograph watch (also unveiled this year). Please your advice is required. I understand that the date change in February, can take several hours to complete. Mine started at approx 7.30pmHowever it dosen't explain why on the 27th February the date jumped from the 27th to the 29th and completely missed out the 28th!!! And that this morning when I looked at the watch the date had overshot the figure 1 and was sitting partially between 1&2. So a further reset was performed, now the date is sitting squarely on figure 1. Secondly, the hands are not always aligning themselves up in the centre of the 3 letters that make up the day or month. But instead it rests more on the first letter and not on the middle one, which imo is where it should. Now for the alleged world's number one watch brand and the original cost of the watch, this imo is not exceptable, unless somebody can tell me different. The watch was bought brand new from an AD only 5 weeks ago and was set up correctly by this AD. Do you think that PP would consider exchangi

Trouble shooting Citizen Perpetual Calendar
My watch: Citizen Men's BL8000-54L Eco-Drive Calibre 8700 Perpetual Calendar WatchPer the recommendation of "bio" i wanted to post a query to the experts in the Asian watch forum (as it seems you all would have the most expertise).The issue I'm having with this particular Citizen is its not working; is there anyone here that has had a similar experience or can at least diagnose the problem based off of my following poor description?When I pull the crown out to position two (controls the time) the minute, second, or hour hands do not move. When the crown is in position one (controls the date/time/alarm/calendar) the date/time/alarm/calendar selection is the only thing that moves. Again, I tried charging it for hours and no results, I took the back off with my repair kit and it looks like nothing I'd ever know how to fix.Most recently when I opened my safe when light hit the Citizen it made a scratching metal sound (the one I hear several times an hour when looking at it). Hi..thanks to the influence of MouthWash (2th Dr) ...thanks Mark I have found this watch here in Mumbai...firstly what are your opinions on the watch...and heh...even if you know nothing of the brand...what do you think..be honest always enjoy your opinions.....I know what I think! I am completely new to the brand so need educating FAST!&.....also...what would you expect to pay from an AD for this watch? I think I have a decent price here....Thanks all!!
