IWC 3702-012 wrist watches news:
hi there.I'm kind of new to this hobby (or maybe its a passion) but i've started into collecting 30's - early 50's Gruens with a few Elgins, Benrus and Roamer thrown into the mix. I also have some newer watches, a very nice Seiko Tank, an extremely nice Seiko Lassale and one of my favourite affordable new watches a Tissot Le Locle. I'll spend most of my time on the Gruen website but enjoy popping in here to see what is happening, learn a few things (ok, a lot of things) and admire some of the watch pics.

I see a lot of people here have Lumtecs, or in some cases, multiple Lumtec watches. Why do you like them? What makes them special for you?I honestly don't know much about brand, so I'd like to learn a little about them.
My new 5167/1A; please post yours here
This one has always intrigued me; my AD got one in and I took the plunge! This piece may not be for everyone but I've gotta say, wow. The dial is stunning and it really feels like a tank (in a good way). I'll post more thoughts after I've worn it daily for a week or so but first impressions are outstanding. And of course, here are some pics! By the way, my wrist is a flat 6.75. As you can see, a top-down wrist shot is deceiving and almost always makes the watch look bigger vs. a normal side wrist shot.
