- I bought this watch as a gift, and it is beautiful. It is ger than most watches, but still a good size. It is also heavy, so it seems very durable. I liked it so much, that I want to buy one for myself.

Chopard 158961-3001 wrist watches news:
Starting with a green spring, moving to the hot yellow colors of the summer, then on to reds of the fall, and finally to the cold blues of the winter. The stones flow on to the lugs, and baguette style stones of all different colors make up the hour markers and with trillion cut stones as the hour and minute hands. The rest of the watch is totally covered in diamonds. The "Mystery Double" (ahem, 'double mystery') part of the name comes from the two discs that moves the hour and minute indicator hands, rather than the watch having traditional hands.
Hey guys, here are some pics of a vintage Omega Constellation Pie-Pan model that I've recently inherited from my dad. I'm new to the watch collecting, and this and a few others of his have really sent me into looking at vintage watches. - Omega Constellation- Automatic chronometer- probably not original band - dad like these black metal bands- Not sure on year, but I know it's been in my dad's possession for quite some years now.- the wind knob - one pull to set time, two pulls to set date (date automatically changes when pulled out - need to keep pulling to change date - not wind)Does anyone know anything about these models? Anyway to value them? I know it's pretty beat up - any way to refinish them or polish the glass? Thanks for any information!
Hi,I decided to buy a 15300ST, but I'm not sure yet about the dial color. The black dial was my initial choice but I fear it might be too dark, also because it's matte. The silver/white dial was my least favorite dial because white is too dull imo, but after seeing some pictures in which the silver comes out a bit, I'm hesitating. In general I have the feeling that a white dial is more feminine? (sorry, certainly don't want to insult anybody but I have this impression). The blue dial is maybe the best 'compromise'. It seems a very dark blue, but not sure how it looks in different light conditions.A long story to ask you to post some picture of your 15300ST (or similar) with dials in real life light conditions, ie not the catologue or website picture of AP...I hope this will give me a good idea about how a specific dial will look on my wrist. Thanks in advance!!
Was that an Omega Speedmaster GMT of some variety on the lead actor in the new suspense/drama film State of Play? Sure looked like a Speedmaster of some variety on a leather strap.
Hi guys, new to this forum, am completely newbie in regards to watches.I plan to buy this watch as a gift for my sibling graduation, for my budget, i am just planning on getting some entry series. So, i browsed some online shop and saw a watch that is to my liking, but i noticed that at the metallic stuff in the strap, there is Bucherer written there.I did google the bucherer and found out that they are a large reputable seller. However, is their strap as valuable as patek strap? Is their strap any good? Is it possible for an authenthic watch to have that in the metal? Lastly, will it cost me alot to replace it with something that write Patek on it?Sorry for the long and numerous questions, many appreciation and thanks in advance.
