- I love this watch. It was just what I was looking for and it is a great value. It looks like a much more expensive watch and is great looking, too.

IWC IW372504 wrist watches news:
The number one complaint the Swiss watch industry has had toward the most current crop of smartwatches is that they aren't attractive by European design standards - and that even applies to the Apple Watch. Jean-Claude Biver went so far as to suggest that, given his standards, the Apple Watch looks as though it was designed by a student. So if the best breed of smartwatch yet (even though it hasn't even been released at this time) doesn't pass Swiss watch industry muster, what would a smartwatch design by Switzerland's old guard look like? One thing we know all too well is that the Swiss watch industry is all about tradition. It can be safely assumed that a smart watch that looks into the future, may very well also look into the past. So for this edition of Watch What-If, we propose three possible Swiss smartwatches from popular taste-making brands. Here, we have conceptually connected digital timepieces from Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, and Franck Muller by our artist Niklas Bergenstjern

Hey everyone. I spend most of my time on the Rolex side of these forums but having purchased my first AP today I've traveled over here to share my excitement and new watch! So hello to all and here it is!ImageUploadedByTapatalk1449538878.644984.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1449538889.947137.jpgImageUploadedByTapatalk1449538898.063775.jpgSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
...I am thinking of maybe letting a few watches go +adding cash and buying a pre-loved Patek Aquanaut 5167 to compliment my SubC and only have these two watches +some Aqualands beatertype watches for REALLY tough work as building on the house etc...I know the 5167 is advertised as a 'Sportswatch' Patek but is it really a 'Sportswatch' or just a more glorified sporty dresswatch in reality? Do you guys swim, go to the beach etc with it or do you pamper it as a more a dresswatch?I do not pamper ANY of my watches and they go with me everywhere, shower, swimming, work etc...Can the Aquanaut take it?...
Many years ago I encountered water damage to my watch due to the spindle springing out after locking it and not realising. It was sent off to the Rolex factory and I received a ¡ê800 repair which I couldn't afford at the time and the watch wasn't insured.Obviously by now it has complete rust damage. What I would like to know is; could I have the interior of the watch replayed by someone else apart from Rolex, just to get it working. It's a pity to waste such an expensive watch.
