- I bought the silver one as a Mother''s day gift and she loved it. I opened it to check it out before I gave it to her and my only regret was that I did not get one for myself!

IWC 3227 wrist watches news:
For those of us without deep pockets, Orient watches present an incredible value. With their solid built quality, reliable workhorse movements (in-house, I might add), and often pleasing designs, they are hard to argue against, and they're often on the short list when people ask us to point them in the direction of affordable and well-built mechanical watches. One thing that Orient does exceptionally well is dress pieces. The ever-popular Bambino series is a great case in point, as are numerous watches across their Star and Classic collections. Today, we're going hands-on with a new member to the latter¡ªthe Monarch.Introduced in early Fall 2015, the Monarch is a unique vintage-inspired addition to the Orient family. I say unique because it is one of the few manual winders in the brand's catalogue. Beyond that, it also features a domed sapphire crystal, a power-reserve indicator, and an exhibition case back¡ªelements not often seen on a watch priced at a MSRP of $335, but even less so in
What a cool place the NAWCC museum is! It's more biased towards clocks and pocket watches, but from what we were told that may be changing. I got a look at a sweet group of Hamiltons that the museum is purchasing so I figured I'd share a little preview before John's complete photo report. How often do you see 2 of these together? And, you know, just a few other notable models:I was very tempted to.er, uh, I mean...it would have been a pity if one followed me home!
image.jpgI purchased a Movado 84-40-880-AP in 1984 and I'm looking to sell it. I've only worn it a few time and it's in near perfect condition. When I research the model number, I only get info on the 84-40-880-A model instead of 84-40-880-AP. The watch is also different than the others I've seen, the band is shiny and the others are unfinished stainless steel. Any thoughts on how I can find a accurate description of the watch and how much I can get for it?
Found at the local Goodwill store. In new condition, $3 each.Hadley-Roma black croc grain with ss deployant clasp.Hirsch brown lizard grain. Now to find watches to put them on.
Hi guys,I really want to get into AP, I love the look of them. I want to know, if you could only have one AP, and its your first one, which would you go for. There are so many choices, Chrono, Jumbo the whole offshore line etc, but just in your opinion... which AP would be you first? Thanks
