- All functions have appeared to be very accurate, and quality seems great. Testes altimeter from 600 ft to 16000 ft. Face is easy to scratch but large display makes it easy to read.

IWC IW3251-07 wrist watches news:
I have a couple of questions about what I believe to be a Lange. First, am I correct from what you see in my photo? The case is three piece, 14K. I am not sure how these open and with the seals probably won't try. The dial is a buttery gold color. Overall, the watch is in extremely good condition, shows very little wear. Didn't draw much attention in the online auction. I was shocked.Next question, why would some of the cld models be marked cld on the dial and some not? Was it due to the fact the gold filled models were but, for the extra price of the solid gold models they didn't feel that needed to be stated?Lastly, what was the duration of production for the cld watches? I see the Lange in Tom's posting of the 1949 catalog but, am not sure how long they produced the models or what year mine would represent. Thanks,Rob
Hi all!Does anybody here own this watch or actually seen one in person? I've been looking for a sub homage for the last couple of weeks which has involved a lot of research. I also like the Boschett Ocean Mariner and Debaufre Ocean 1. Does anybody have any input on the relative quality of these three watches?
I've been a long time Rolex owner and after working my way through many of the models, I've decided to try something differentI'll be keeping my Daytona C, Hulk, BLNR and GMT Pepsi and I'm wondering which of two above to add. I like both equally but am wondering which would be the best buy. Is the chrono worth the ¡ê3-4k price difference, will one hold its value better than the other or any other advice / opinions you can giveI would be buying from on the grey market so would hope to save a bit on retailThanks in advancePICS STOLEN FROM .watchcollectinglifestyle . My AD is offering me a preowned Navitimer Montbrillant Datora (the current model), Black dial, Navitimer bracelet that they took in trade and that they just got back from Breitling for service. What would a fair price be?
Just curious as i can easily remember dates and even if I couldn't I can whip out my handy dandy smart phone. So... for those who say they must have a watch with the date... why is that?
