Beautiful watch. Great quality for the price.As far as durability, scratches rather easily on the band that may not be removable while retaining the finish of the watch (haven't tried having them buffed out yet).Overall, would recommend this to a friend as it's a nice piece.

Newbie - Advice appreciated
I have always been a fan of fine timepieces but could never really afford to start a collection. Finally, I have a few extra bucks. I thought I would try and stay in the sub $1000 range to find what I really like in a watch. I have a Tissot PRC200 and a Magarette on the way. Considering a Lum-tec (need a tough, sporty watch) and a Hamilton. I think that will give me a nice starting base without breaking the bank. Then, I can go from there. Any advice is appreciated. Brands, styles, where to shop, etc...Thanks in advance.

I owned a AP ROO volcano and i love it, i wear it almost everyday, and i was thinking to upgrade and get the 44mm steel ROO or the new 42mm safari with ceramic bezel. I bought it from Watchmaxx and I was actually able to get the international warranty through Omega for an additional 65$, so Im pretty happy with the deal. Now I just need to figure out which leather strap to buy, Im leaning towards a hirsch heavy calf. Anyone have any suggestions?
