Seiko Astron Solar GPS Watch New Design Added For 2014
Seiko has been putting serious resources into the success of their Seiko Astron GPS Solar watch collection that they debuted about two years ago. We've been fans of the techie watch that instead of relying on radio signals from the few terrestrial atomic clocks, connects to signals from GPS satellites. Why? Well to indicate the correct time anywhere in the world of course (assuming you are more or less outside that is). There is a forthcoming watches-dealer review on the Seiko Astron Solar GPS, but until then we can report on a brand new collection of new Seiko Astron watch designs that will be available worldwide next month.According to Seiko, these six new Seiko Astron GPS Solar design options have been inspired by the curvature of the earth. With the same movement inside, these new designs feature a new case, dial, hands, and dramatically curved sapphire crystal. Gunny Strap for my Android Volcano 50
When I first received my Volcano 50 I shared the same feeling about the stock rubber strap as many others. I felt that it was disproportionate to the very thick case of the watch. Many people immediately chose to swap out the rubber with the 5 link SS bracelet Android had available separately. So I decided to be different and go the "GUNNY ROUTE". I wanted a perfect compliment for this watch and I felt that I got it. The strap matches the case and dial colour perfectly! it was very difficult to capture how well it matches the dial with the poor camera I used. I did my best by using flash and no flash to show the variation of it and also to show the wicked rugged distressed/vintage look of the strap as well. The strap is grey but has subtle hints of brown and green. The vintage/distressed look of the strap is AMAZING. SO i finally narrowed it down to these 2 watches, but would anyone know any info on the tag watch.tagheuer/the-collecti...=WV2411.BA0793omegawatches/index.ph...500&no_cache=1Sorry - I fixed the links. I wanted to also know based on some reviews people have complained that these watches have stopped working and even after winding it up, it still didn't work. Has anyone ever experienced this?

and they don't give a rat's about their customers.Bear with me.A few new Datejusts. Ok cool..A new movement put into basically the same watch with a crown at the 6 to differentiate. A new blue dial on a pre-existing white gold GMT. A white and a black OP 39. Oh, but wait they improved the lume. A horrific new Daytona.. and finally take some pre-existing blue and red ( ok really kinda purple and kinda red ) ceramic bezels they had laying around and put them on a SS GMT. But we will give it a jubilee bracelet to make everyone swoon. They couldn't even make this a Coke instead? Lazy. Rolex you have outdone yourself in ness. Makes me long for the awfulness of what was the Ceramic Yachtmaster II release. Rolex is just lazy. Resting on their laurels. away.
