Geneva’s SIHH watch fair is only a month away, and the luxury watch brands exhibiting there continue to offer sneak peeks at several of their new timepieces set to debut in 2014. This week we take a look at three new watches from Panerai, Jaeger-LeCoultre, and A. Lange & S?hne.The Panerai Luminor 1950 Left-Handed 3 Days – 47 MM (Ref. PAM00557), with its winding crown and patented crown protection device positioned at 9 0’clock on the left side of the case, recalls some of Panerai’s earliest models created for Italian naval commandos of the 1930s and 1940s. These military divers used to wear several wrist instruments at once, including compasses and depth gauges, and often preferred to wear the watch on their right wrist. The modern version of this vintage Panerai watch has a cusped caseband that distinguishes it from the traditional Luminor 1950 case and, in the historical models, represented the transition between the Radiomir and Luminor case styles. I am pretty happy that the new Rambo movie was as watch-centric as it was. Through the intensely blood-bathed action fest are numerous shots of watches on the characters' wrists. Sylvester Stallone's John Rambo adorns an interesting Panerai watch. It has been a Hollywood tradition for sometime that popular movie characters have a watch fitting their nature and status. We know of the James Bond Omegas and the Terminator has an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak specially made for Schwarzenegger that is worn proudly. Rambo prefers the popular and stylish vintage looks of Italian Panerai watches.It is a well known fact that "Sly" Stallone is a big Panerai fan. Rumored to own hundreds of the cult-loved watches, Panerai has even made custom models just for Stallone. One such model has Stallone's autograph engraved on the back and the moniker "SLYTECH" on the face. Watch companies are wonderful in that regard; if you have enough leverage and money, they will make any manner of custom model for you.

WWE Wrestlers Rolex Stolen
While I dont have many details on the actual watch other than what I have read on the net, WWE wrestler Dave Batista has had a Rolex worth $60,000 stolen from the backstage/dressing room area at Wrestlemania 24 in Orlando Florida on March 29th 2008. Not sure how the lowlife who stole the watch would attempt to get rid of it, but I just thought I would pass this info along for you guys to have in mind if "that too good of a deal happens to come along." Somewhere on the net or in your travels to the places watch folk travel!As I am sure who ever stole the watch will get noticed wearing it and people would become suspicious, unless of course they have the means to afford such a piece which I doubt, I am assuming the person will eventually try to sell the item on the blackmarket.The article also states that passports, wallets, keys etcwere also stolen and it did not post any details other than a 60,000 Rolex. I searched the net and two photos show him wearing a Sub and also a GOLD rolex,
