IWC IW371430 wrist watches news:
Hi guysI finally went to my AD on Saturday afternoon to pick up my new Z Series "Pepsi" GMT. Pictures will follow most likely tomorrow, but in the meantime I have an early question.I set the watch to the atomic clock yesterday at 2PM (UK Time) and in less than the 24 hours it has gained 10 seconds which goes right over the cosc specs - should i be concerned at this point or should i hold fire and give it a few days as the watch is is its "breaking in period", because i'm not sure how long the watch has been sitting with my AD, because it was the last one on the company?Anyways, pictures will follow. This is a great timepiece with a wonderful history and I'm over the moon I managed to get hold of a brand new one with them being discontinued. My Sea Dweller now a familiar friend.
I've had my eye on the AP ROO Diver for some time, but haven't seen one in the flesh. At 42mm diameter and ~14mm thick, how does it wear? Does it wear like a 44mm Panerai Luminor Marina auto? Or a little smaller? It looks quite large lug to lug, which might be a concern with my relatively thin ~6.75 wrist. The silver dial model is quite striking and not as common.
So I¡¯ve been lurking here a while. Been a Rolex fan as long as I can remember but there is something about that heritage Chrono in rose gold that I cannot get out of my mind. It might be an itch I must scratch. Also have loved that mesh bracelet on the right watch. Afraid it might be a bit blingy for a daily as opposed to the black though. Anyone have either?
Looks great!More at .ablogtowatch/omega-sp...ue-watch-2014/I wish they would have gone in-house movement wise, but then again, it would have been too thick.
.ebay/itm/380465955314...84.m1497.l2649been admiring this watch for a while. this one needs a lot of work but i never see these available and jumped on it. hopefully it wont cost me too much to get into good shape but i have a feeling i will love this poorman's 6263!
