- Nice rotating bezel and very clear face. Crown does not screw down, but it is sealed, so bably not a good watch for SCUBA, but otherwise very sturdy.

- This piece is stunning except it kept turning over because of the top heavy. I ordered a , but it seems to be a large to me. Measured it and it's a 7. Heart broken because I have to send it back.

- Purchased as a gift for my sister who has everything. She loves it and wears it every day. The chain does pull the hair on her arm a bit.

IWC 3714 wrist watches news:
I guess I just don't know where to look. I need a mainspring barrel for a Longines 503. The one I have is missing teeth, and I would really like to get this watch running. Can anyone out there help me find one?
Hey everyone,After a little bit of lurking, I decided to make an account, and after getting pages and pages of replies to the few topics i made and seeing how helpful everyone is I decided that I will be a bit of a regular on these forums. So here is my introduction/photos of current collection as promised!Ive always had a bit of a hard on for watches, but only recently have I decided that I wanted to start collecting them. The reason for this decision was I noticed that I still owned/enjoyed the first watch I ever bought myself when I was 16, so i figured, unlike video games, music, etc..a watch collection can be pretty timeless! That said, my name is Kris, im originally from Poland but currently residing in Canada. Im 24 and finishing up an Accounting degree at my local University. I also work in corporate taxation for the federal government, as the broke student lifestyle...is simply not for me Now on to the good stuff This is the group shot! Just picked up this mint 39mm SS ROC. Been on the hunt for the past year for an H serial that's complete with box and papers. Finally landed one today. Will send it off to APSC on Monday for a dial swap - to the deep navy dial (just like Fred's gorgeous SS ROC). Can hardly wait to get it back. Now that that 15400 has been out for about 6 years, what are the chances that AP will update the Royal Oak soon? Perhaps at Basel 2018?
So I was offered a 5711 about a year ago from my 'go to' AD. I think I have paid for multiple Ivy League university degrees for his kids. I have worn it less than 20 days. I know how hot they are and I do like it I just never wear it. Not looking to sell it, well not really. I have a 5726 strap and 5712 and a 5711P. Those first two seem to get my Nautilus wrist time, the P is in hibernation. All four are dark dials. I have a chance as a reward (nice to have 14 Patek) to pick up a 5711 white dial. I am seriously considering it. Nautilus are hot right now and I have no fear of the bottom falling out of them. I have yet to see a white in person. I have a few days until it arrives. If they ever stop the 5711 production, the the white started the end of 2012 they will be far fewer. Maybe a good thing. For those who have the white dial, do any of you also have the blue? If so, what gets worn more? The 5711 is still an inexpensive (relative term) watch. I see no reason not to have it. I s
