- Beautiful watch! I get lots of compliments. If you have a wrist, like I do, the watch allows for a few links to be taken out for a little tighter fit. Very nice watch.

- Personally, I believe this watch is an excellent buy. I am a watch fanatic and I have many, but by far this is my favorite! It is a large faced watch and definitely can be used as a great conversation starter.

IWC xx wrist watches news:
I finally just had the call from my local AD to collect my S/S Daytona. I must say the watch is excellent however reading the information about the watch (it has come with a G seriel number and the old style bracelet pre oct 10) I'm a little disappointed to say the least. Can anyone please confirm if I should be taking this up with Rolex and asking for the current version?. Can anyone confirm if what i have been fortunate to get anyway is what comes through the supply chain. All advice appreciated.

I would like to ask many of the good folks on this forum outside of the major swiss watch brands like Rolex and Omega, who have big marketing budgets to compliment their expensive, well made watches, is there a less known, high quality manufacturer from Swiss that sells excellent watches that doesn't need B-grade celebrities, sportsman and models to sell its product? Not to say off-course that I hate either Rolex or Omega. My budget is pretty much up to $2000 and I do not want to pay for the marketing campaign rather I would l
