Omega NATO - is anything else even close???
Does anyone make a NATO that approximates the quality of the Omega NATO? I'm new to NATOs, and have been wearing my Speedmaster Pro on the OEM NATO for the past couple of months, and find it fantastic. I recently ordered some very highly regarded straps from an online retailer that specializes in NATOs, and I found two issues. One - the quality of the material was not as desired/expected, and two - with the watch head centered, the buckle is not even close to being centered under my wrist. It was literally on the very edge of my wrist. Any recommendations???Also, does anyone know who makes Omega's straps?Thanks,Steve

Thinking Patek 5726 or 5711r. Push me one direction.
I¡¯ve got a decent collection of Rolex¡¯s and now I¡¯ve gotten the Patek bug. I know the 5711 in stainless ain¡¯t happening so I¡¯ve narrowed it down to the 5711r or 5726 both on bracelet. I¡¯m kinda torn because I want an annual calendar/moon phase (hence why I¡¯m looking outside rolex) but also eventually wanted something rose gold in my collection. Prices seem to be all over the place, I don¡¯t plan to resell, but if I buy from a trusted seller which one would I likely lose less on down the road? Or should I get on a wait list at an AD. I know the rolex game but Patek is new to me, your input is appreciated. Hi guys! A future Panerai user here! Im going to buy a usted PAM So first has per you Experience is it recommended to buy one on eBay? Of course i Will buy for a Guy with lots of Positive recommendations.Second question and The real one. im between a 510 and 359 both have The same price on eBay 50usd difference close to 5000usd wich one Will you pick as a first PAM?Im not going to wear it everyday So I believe The 3 vs 8 days Will not make a difference from a usability perspective. But I read that people preffer The P5000 over The P9000is it better? Last one Are The prices fair? Should I distrust?Thank you very much!!

Heard from a solid source that a white dial ss DD is dropping Basel this year, as well as a ss Pepsi GMT II. Several DD-owning friends said there's no way Rolex would drop one in ss, but I don't see why not, seeing as they've done similar things with other references, such as the Sky-D. Do you guys think an ss version of the venerable classic would become the most popular?

Greetings TRF members. Been a lurker for quite some time and have appreciated the opportunity to research and narrow down my search for the perfect 1st Rolex. My beautiful wife and I are currently in the Caribbean celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary when out of the blue this morning, she presents me with something nearly as beautiful as her, a gorgeous white faced DateJust II with fluted bezel on an oyster bracelet.My heart stopped and the tears welled up as I opened the present and realized what was before my eyes. The exact watch I have zeroed in on after much research with a beautiful wife/mother who continues to get joy from giving joy.Thankful to God for the perfect woman in my life who pays attention. As usual, this has been in the works between her and my two daughters for at least 6 months as it sat idle in the safe, only seeing the light of day long enough for my girls to take a picture with the watch on their wrist and a big smile months ago!Grateful today on my 24th ann
