Mysterious Ladies Hamilton Watch
Hello, If I may beg your time, I have a Hamilton Ladies diamond watch that has been passed down to me thru the generations. I was hoping you could help me identify the model and year of the watch, as no such indicators are present on (the outside of) the watch. Lore has it that this watch was purchased by my grandfather for my grandmother either just before or just after the beginning of the Great Depression. New? Used? Custom made? Unknown. However, no amount of very diligent research here, elsewhere on the internet or anywhere else has produced an image of a Ladies Hamilton watch that comes close in shape or wristband type similar to this beautiful piece. Strap changing question
I want to switch straps on my 164. I tried to this morning but I couldn't dislodge the pins (using the Panerai "tool"). I thought it would be easy, but the pins wouldn't budge. What am I doing wrong? I know it's supposed to be a simple job, but I'm all thumbs so far.TIA:rolleyes:

Big dilemma...
