Invicta 0542 wrist watches news:
Hey All,I've been popping into an AD for the last six months or so and eyeing up the Omega PO. I'm really close to pulling the trigger here as a combined christmas/birthday/new job present to myself. I just have a few questions for the more experienced:1) Is now a good time to buy? Is there any reason to wait until 2011 that I should know about, or a reason not to wait?2) Pricing? I've managed to get the price down to just below $3400 w/ a sticker price of $3950. Is that considered to be a fair value, or am I overpaying?Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Merry Christmas everyone!
The SeMP's are in the spotlights most of the time, so I thought (which is always dangerous) it was time to see some more of those classy Deville modelsI know there are a couple out there
im am glad to say that after owning numerous different brands, i am now officially an omega owner. just order the planet ocean chrono. narrowed it down to that and the breitling seawolf avenger and in person, there is absolutelyyyyyyyyyyyyyy no comparison. omega is all class.
I recently had the pleasure of handling an Omega LE Apollo/Soyuz Speedmaster Meteorite dial. From what I could see through the protective plastic on the dial, it looks AMAZING !The price was amazing too, $9350. Canadian, with no wiggle room, higher than I expected, twice as much as a basic MOTM. I did a search and found the information limited, no pun intended.I love this Speedy, my new grail perhaps, and am wondering what the thoughts are on this particular LE, my search results led me to believe that resale on the LE's left a lot to be desired. (except for the Snoopy's)Thanks in advance, Mark.
I've noted several times that the Bond models of the Omega Seamaster have become the biggest selling Omegas in it's history..But I gotta' ask............ what's the allure of the badged models.Bond didn't wear a watch with a spiral muzzle grooved dial......he didn't wear one with a tiny 007 hovering off the backside of the seconds hand...So, what's the allure of these badged models......They aren't really Bond watches, except for the symbols on them..Has celebrity envy overcome good taste ?
