Invicta 21739 wrist watches news:
On behalf of the Rolex Forum Admin Team, and everyone here at WATCH TALK FORUMS.....MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!
I'm new to this forum, but I have gone a little nutty buying Speedmasters lately. In the last few weeks I have bought the following: 105.003-64, 105.003-65, 145.012-67, and now an 861 from 1969. I'm planning some service and part swapping, etc for the watches, but I would like to know what you Speedmaster guys think of patina. The 64 pre pro watch is totally original...in fact it hasn't been serviced since 1977.....you read that right....1977. It's still running strong and keeping good time, but it'll be off for service after the first of the year. That's quite a testament to these watches, I think. Anyway, that watch has the typical darkened markers on the dial, and I am debating whether to leave them exactly as they are or have Jesse in Albany clean them up and re lum them. Sure it would be nice to have them stand out from the dial...and glow in the dark, but what do you all think in terms of value down the road...and just plain what you like best. I know I don't want the di
Hey guys,Can you put a bracelet on a Field Auto Chrono if it was purchased with a strap? (H71556737)I know that say, the current Jazzmaster Auto Chrono won't let you go the other way around: i.e. if you buy the strap version, you can't put a bracelet on it because it won't line up, but you can go from bracelet to a strap. Is this the case with the Khaki Field Auto Chrono as well? If so, where can I purchase the bracelet and/or replacement straps? Anyone tried ordering direct? Thanks!optiontips.in
I tried in the Oris forum, but got skunked. Anybody have an Oris TT3, and if so do you have any wrist shots? Thanks!
Seamaster vs. Planet Ocean? I have to admit my PO is getting more wrist time than my 5513. I love the history of the 5513, but the PO size and bracelet are more comfortable. I am in the market for my next diver, but which one? What are your favorite features of either Submariner or Planet Ocean?
