The watch Journal coming out?
Has anyone owned or currently have in their collection an Oris Frank Sinatra?? I don't see it on Oris' website and think it may not have been in production since the turn of the century. I stumbled accross it on a well known retailer's website and love it. Any info is much appreciated.
I brought my watch to my AD and it was sent to the New Jersey Service Center. It took five weeks to get a price for servicing and just one week short of four months (including the five weeks) to get the watch back. I was beginning to get concerned, although I read on one of the forums that the centers had an unusually large number of watches in for work. In any event, I¡¯ve got to say that the finished product is awesome. Despite being about twenty years old, the watch came back looking brand new. Everything is working perfectly. I couldn¡¯t be happier! For those who may be interested, the watch was in excellent cosmetic condition when sent in, so no major items needed repair or replacement. In fact, I understand that this was basically a disassembly and cleaning only. The cost was $614 which I thought was reasonable, especially considering the complications that are part of this watch. Here are a few photos:
If anyone has a quick link or resource much appreciated
