Omega DeVille
HII'm new to this forum and watch collecting, so PLEASE bear with me! I just purchased an Omega DeVille dress watch in which the bracelet and watch body are all one piece. The entire watch is gold-toned, except for the back, which appears to be stainless. Inside the back case it states a 20 micron gold plating, but on the bracelet clasp there's a hallmark (lozenge with what appears to a tall "T" with a letter on either side. Just below this is a stamping which appears to read "55%". I carefully tested the bracelet and watch body in several places, and it tested 10k or higher. Could this be, or am I just not getting through the plating? Also any info. on this watch would be greatly appreciated!-Inside case is numbered 111.0139. Works have the number 42 over 050818 and the omega symbol. Also the number 625 and Omega Swiss 17 jewels unadjusted. I know pictures would help a great deal, but I haven't figured that part out yet! Another "People's Choice" strap vote.
I need a watch I can wear casually with jeans but still occasionally with a blue button down shirt. I don't own a blue dial now, but thought I'd put a blue strap on one of my favorite vintage watches:I still like the strap on it, but now that the brown croc is on the Breitling this Seamaster won't see as much wrist time - which is a pity because it's a regular in the rotation. I thought I'd put a blue strap on it so I went shopping for some ideas. I'm stuck between these two....Ostrich:Croc:I haven't had a nice blue croc since selling the Daniel JeanRichard, but I've never worn an ostrich strap and I hear they're very comfortable & pliable. I have a $15 Groupon to eBay and it's begging to be used so help me out here - what would you choose?

I just saw some pics of these new FC watches. They are a limited edition series to celebrate the Peking to Paris race. Part of their ongoing involvement in cars and motor sports. They are 43mm in size and look fantastic, IMO! I love the Panda dial one, it would look great on a strap with those big holes in them (what are they called, tropical? Or is that the one with lots of small holes?)

Has anyone put their Skydweller on a Jubilee? On my list for 2018 is the SD (SS) and I have a spare Jubilee (63200) that I am thinking might be a cool fit for it. I have yet to see any pics online of the SD on a jubilee......
