Hello guys,I was just wondering if anyone has any idea about Omega Prototypes. I recently came across a 145.0303 40th anniversary prototype. I had a look at the movement and case and everything else. I was exactly like the limited edition ones but had a 0000 serial. I was thinking about buying it but i am unsure if it is worth what the buyer is asking. The watch is new and looks amazing. Speedmasters - 3211.30.00 & 3534.70.00 - anything to look out for?
its a last mintue decision thing.... (sorry, cross posted this same thread watchuseek forum also)looking at purchasing these 2 Speedmasters as a matching watch to form a part of our wedding gift. i'd like to get them both in the next couple of days, preferrably from the same place.i have no problem sourcing the 3211.30.00 (with possible discount), but i have been told that getting 3534.70.00 in such a short time frame will be a big problem.before handing over hard earned cash, are there anything to look out for? as far as i know, they are automatic movements, but not co-axial. they are Caliber: Omega 1164 & Caliber: Omega 3220 respectively. are they decent movements?finally, if anyone know of an AD in central London carrying both watches, please let me know asap.
