Invicta 5053 wrist watches news:
I was just wonderingI have been recently offered for my Daytona 16523 a trade on:1) Porsche 928s year 1984 or2) Piece of land..Declined both offers but it made me just wonder if any of you guys have had this type of offers before?
I posted this in the Omega forum, but figured it'd be good to post it here too.I stained the clasp of my speedy reduced with a couple of drops of etchant. This darn thing's job is to actually stain the material, so this little drop marks won't go away unless they are buffed out. I was wondering if you guys had any advice on how to fix this without messing up with the engraving in the clasp. I'll post a picture soon. Also, do you have any watchmaker recommendations in Chicago ?? I'd like a pro to help me out on this, thanks !
We were discussing moonphases in the Ball Forum, and I had a question on how to synch up the watch with the moon. Know IWC does have some watches, where this is not necessary, due to the complications (and hence the increased price); however, I do not believe Ball, or many other watches have this complication. Which leads me to ask:How does one synch up their watch to the lunar calendar?
Me and the wife took the Vette out for a nice Saturday cruise... I dangerously decided to to snap a few shots of my new FC. The Last shot, my wife took... Ummmm... hunny, you were supposed to get the watch IN THE PIC.
Just walked past my local AD there¡¯s one of these sitting in the window today : Gold and Black Daytona with diamond. Can¡¯t post link as am under the limit. LolI thought there were supposed to be hard to get? or is it the diamonds putting people off?Retail price is as per Rolex main site. I¡¯m not affiliated in any way just know that people are obsessed by Daytona¡¯s.
