My grandfather recently passed away and my grandmother gave me his old gas station clock he bought new in the 1950s. its an Cleveland electric clock. Q: Regular manual winding necessary with automatic watch?
Hi there,Four weeks ago, I bought a "Die Fliegeruhr UTC" from IWC. During the last four weeks, the watch has stopped running twice. I needed to manually re-wind it to make it work again. I wear the watch on a daily basis and only take it off at night.Is this normal? I assumed that an automatic watch never needs to be wound manually. The power reserve is supposed to be 42 h, so taking off the watch at night should not be a problem.Thank you for your help,Martin

Just got my 26320ST White Dial put on dark brown (w/ gray stitching) crocodile leather.It was a tedious process to say the least. Anyways, here are some pics if anybody here is curious as to how it looks on dark brown leather.It wears much lighter now and I no longer need to worry about scuffing the bracelet while I work, eat etc...
