Invicta 14792 wrist watches news:
One of my favorite watches that I describe as the Japanese Rolex GMT Master II is available on eBay as lightly pre-owned. I discussed the Grand Seiko GMT Spring Drive watch here. These are a very limited edition, Japan-only watch, and seldom come to the US. In fact, this one is being sold from Singapore, but through eBay it might as well be next door to you (shipping is free). One of the best features of this watch that it shares with the new Rolex Submariner series is the ceramic bezel that will not scratch. This is often the first place on a nice watch to show wear, and use of a ceramic bezel precludes that. The numbers are inset withing the black ceramic compound.Use of the Seiko Spring Drive movement makes this watch accurate (quartz regulation), mechanically operated, and practically worry free. I have succumbed to temptation and bought a Stauer reporoduction watch, the '33 Graves. It's nice enough for what it is. Stauer does not offer any information on the Chinese movement inside these watches. Does anyone know what is inside? Any information would be appreciated.
It's some sort of social gathering for watch people, I'm sure. What do the acronyms represent?LOL
Mods please advise or move to another forum if you think I am in violation of any rules.I own a 44mm RG offshore and have the regular size rubber strap for about a month. I would like to trade this regular size rubber strap for a small rubber strap in case someone is interested. Thanks
