Invicta 14049 wrist watches news:
Jaeger LeCoultre La Rose watch is unique in that: on the one hand, the artists of gem for the idea of this watch modeling efforts, giving him the eternal natural attitude; elsewhere, the artisans of the eve and the stone setting experts take much skill and extraordinary achievements, so that this masterpiece with emotion inflamed and elegant style perfectly qualified mixture.
...Finally got around to taking some pictures of the Hamilton Palisade from by prior post at A rather unusual acquisition...Here's the dial without the bezel. The crystal isn't the correct one for the watch and it distorts the edges. The dial is pretty worn and I think it was transfer printed with a small amount of radium in the numbers, rather than enamel inlay:The dial logo seems to match the engraving on the inside of the case:Would anyone know if International Dial has the proper dies to refinish this dial to the #042 style? The band is exactly the same Krementz as the one from the prior post. Dates from 1930, same as the watch, although I agree with Tom that's it's likely an aftermarket addition. The watchband is surprisingly comfortable to wear. Pull it tight around your wrist and clip it to the nearest link, just like in the advertisement.Movement is in better shape than I expected given the condition of the dial. Still needs a cleaning, which will happen once a decision is

Hi everyone, I have been sort of hanging around this part of TRF incognito, posting replies every so often at the stunning PP pics you guys post. I have come across this watch recently that a friend might be selling. I am not sure which model this is. Is this particular one desirable? Is it part of the lines of PP that people are on waiting list and paying a premium for. Thanks everyone for helping a newbie PP admirer. BTW, that is my wrist that the watch is mounted on. Who owns one of these references and has fitted the secondary rubber strap that comes with the watch? Please let me see your pictures.
