Invicta 16812 wrist watches news:
So Rolex had significant bannerage on TZ for both the Rolex and Tudor brands....looks like that ended a couple of weeks ago? What was the deal? Was it just a trial run for a month? Anybody have the scoop?
I just acquired a 1919 (?) Elgin Trench Watch which runs beautifully. The dial is almost perfect. The former owner replaced the strap and in doing so, it appears that he/she dislodged one of the wire lugs. Can these wire lugs be repaired (soldered???)I am a rookie with these trench watches. I have two and neither has the wire lugs.HELP.
I can't wait to see the pictures. I think I am more excited than you. Give me the tracking number so I can make sure it's making progress!
After Basel last year there were only two watches that really piqued my interest.SS Skydweller Blue and the Omega Big Blue.I registered my interest with AD's in both and waited. With the AD I am on the list with for the Skdweller still not having had one in, I made an executive desicion to get the Big Blue when the Omega AD gave me the call. I've had it for a couple of weeks now and couldn't be more pleased. The blue is darker than it comes up in pictures, and seems to change with the light.Really comfortable on the wrist and the build quality is outstanding.Accuracy is superb and the GMT function allows me to keep track of my youngest daughter who is travelling in India at the moment. It's a pain that India is one of those countries with an half hour time zone thingy!!Sent from my SM-G950F using Tapatalk
Did anyone else not bond with the SD43?I was very happy when I purchased the new SD43 last June but as time went on I just could never get over the fish eye and the thickness of the watch. Sold the SD43 and picked up the ND sub recently. I really enjoy the simplicity as well as it being thinner.Sent from my BBB100-3 using Tapatalk
