Tried on new BULOVA PRECISIONIST - WOW !!
While attending the JIS jewelry show in Miami Beach with my company, I had a talk with nice guys from the Bulova Corporation that happened to have their booth right across from ours. To be honest, I have not seen many Bulova watches recently and I was pleasantly surprised. Their pricing is reasonable and the fit and finish for this price category was very impressive ! I checked some of their Valjoux 7750 based chronographs as well as some of their 3-hand ETA based models. Again, I was very impressed with what one can get for the money. However, I was mostly impressed with their new model - PRECISIONIST (pictured above).It comes with a high precision three prong quartz that is allegedly one of the most accurate quartz technology for watch movements. On top of that it comes with continuously sweeping seconds hand. Finish is 316L steel, titanium or 10 micron rose gold plating over steel. Bands are Kevlar, rubber, leather or stainless steel. Second Patek Philippe-Collection Finished
While looking for a new 5711, it became very clear after numerous counseling sessions before his (Ken's) fee increase and possible Patek increase, that I should take advantage of this 5980/1R-001. Often I hesitate and end up regretting it so it seemed like the right time to go on this one. Very stunning. Ken had to talk me out of a second Sky-Dweller several times. Often I am asked for advise only to have the person ignore it. I now have learned once again, Ken know best and will always want the best for you.

My favourite daily wearer
I have always admired Panerai, been on the panerai threads many times before asking advice on which model I should get. I acquired this 112 around 2 months ago and it has basically been on my wrist constantly for everything. My rolex have had zero wrist time recently. They are a surprisingly comfortable daily wearer. Maybe it's still the honeymoon period so I am giving it another 4 months before I start looking for a partner for the 112, but I can't see a rolex coming anytime soon, I can only see panerai on the horizon

Power reserve problem
So i have a rolex explorer 2 and i tested the power reserve a while back and it was getting 46 plus hours now past two times i have tested it i was getting 34 to 37 hours i know it is supposed to get around 48 but since i only wear it on the weekends from time to time can that affect the power reserve?
