Invicta 17755 wrist watches news:
Question:Can you replace the bracelet on a Submariner 16610 with a newer one from a 116610? I know this is not a straight swap, but I am wondering if it could be made possible. I have a Sub 16610LV with Solid end links. I also have a GMT Master IIc and I absolutely love the new bracelet and clasp. I am wondering if I can have someone (a jeweler maybe) take the new bracelet that comes with the Sub 116610 and make it fit my on my 50 Anniversary green sub. I spoke to my AD and they can sell you the new bracelet, but of course they won't take it back if you make any modifications to it. Still the new bracelet by itself runs around $2,000, so this would not be a cheap experiment. I would rather know it can be done ahead of time.Any ideas or experiences out there?Thank you
had to divide this into 2 videos. this is for the pins and barrels on most of omegas bracelets and the tools needed to do this right. also added is how to do screwed bracelets.
So I pulled the trigger on a 15300 this week and the previous owner has a much smaller wrist than I and while it comes with all the links they are not on watch. I'm sure I will have to add the extra links and am wondering if its a do it yourself job or do I need to travel to ad. If it's a job I can do myself what tools do I need? Thanks in advance!
I want to buy my wife a watch. She does not like Rolex's in her self-imposed price range of $5000 - 6500. We went out and looked this weekend and of course everything she did like was $10,000 or better but she does not want to spend that much. She is very frugal I am the one saying if you love it, buy it! Then we saw an Omega that was quite nice and in her range it was the Deville Prestige 4375.71.00 she decided to think about it but I think I might sneak off and buy it. It looked really good on her and she did really like it.I was just wondering what was the verdict on this watch?
Hey guys and gals,So I have the itch (again) for a new watch and am deciding between the 116610LV (hulk) and the new 42mm panerai luminor submersible (682) that came out this year. Does anyone own both a SubC (I have a SubC Date LN) and this new submersible? I¡¯ve tried on both but curious how they compare after several months of ownership. For sake of argument , assume LV can be had at retail or slightly less (my assumption once Rolex starts shipping SS watches in 2018), which puts it in the same neighborhood of price of the Submersible. Thanks for any insights/advice/reviews! (And yes I realize there will be bias on TRF but looking for some honest advice!)For reference here is the submersible on my wrist (forgot to snap a pick of the LV but I¡¯m sure everyone has seen 100s of LV picks already on TRF)Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
