Hello,I'm new to this site, but I thought I would post a short note. Just got my first high-end watch; a Breitling Navitimer World. As a professional pilot, this is pretty much my dream watch (I also considered the Cosmonaut and the Omega Speedmaster moon watch. The IWC Big Pilot Watch is out of my price range).Any advice on care, maintenance, model specific tips or things to watch out for?Can anyone give me a brief history on this watch? Thanks in advance! Enjoy attached pics.

Hi all, My new SMPc 41, blue dial, bond, is about two months old. The watch initially ran at about +4.2-+5.0 second per day, which I was fine with of course. Within specs. Now into my third month, it seems to be running even better, at +2.2 second per day. Which I am super happy with. I want to say I AM NOT COMPLAINING! I just some questions.. should a brand new watch vary this much within the first 2 months? Most watches I have owned, Rolex, usually stay pretty solid at one deviation for a long time. Again, just curious to ask some other experts their thoughts. Thanks and cheers to Friday.
