Invicta 16870 wrist watches news:
I'm trying to syncronize all my watches to time.gov but everytime I enter the site, the accuracy is different some times is less than a second, sometimes is more than two seconds...How can I have the watches syncronized if the site has different accuracy tolerances everyday?
I just picked these up at my watchmaker...the lighting is terrible...storm outside, can't any good natural light. Will try for better pics tomorrow:1. Psychadelic Omega:2. Grandfather's Bulova3. great Grandfather's Longines:All three had their movements serviced and cases cleaned. The psychadelic Omega is something I have never seen before. The Bulova belonged to my grandfather and then my father. I can't find hands for the Longines, but the movement is spectacular and the watch has sentimental value. It looks better on the wrist than under the glare of the Nikkor lens and artificial light.Glad to have these three ticking away at home.Wearing the Omega now:
Well I have been thinking and wondering if anyone else is, why Breitling does not employ a more aggressive approach to advertising and flaughting their history. so my thinking made me look, and all the watch magazines I have nothing is ever said of Breitling. but almost all have some mention of rolex, and most of omega and Pams ( what i think are the closest competitors for Big B) Rolex boasts every chance they get about there water proofness and deepest watch, omega boast about 1st watch on the moon ( what about 1st watch in space) any other thoughs about why Breitling wants to stay quite amongst loudmouths
I haven't seen anyone talking about this model which is surprising because I think it's one of the best watches from Basel this year.I loved the Speedmaster 57 when they first introduced it two years ago, but the lack of the broad arrow hour hand definitely bothered me. They called it the 57, but it lacked identity. I liked that they used it in the sub dial, but thought it would have been better as the hour hand. I also didn't like the PCLs which have also been changed for this version. Now the center links are brushed and the outer thinner links are polished. They have addressed those concerns, but they made another design choice that I'm conflicted about.Vintage Lume.I'm conflicted because I think this version looks fantastic. The black dial and the tan color of the lume look great together. I also like how the lume areas are recessed instead of applied indices. The problem is that forced vintage looks which is obviously what they are going for.Not in stores until July, but from what
Anyone knows when it will be available or released? I have yet to see one. Anyone that has it please share some wrist shots. Thanks!
