My dad has this watch and he is wanting me to help sell some thing for him. I am having a hard time finding out information on this watch. He has a tag and a couple citizens but this noblia has got me stumped. I can find info on the noblia brand but on the watch itself or any kind of value is not coming to me. Re-coating "blackened steel" ROO EOD or Las Vegas editions?
I think these two models are some form of PVD coating, rather than the slightly more resilient DLC process. Anyone any experience of having these cases re-coated with AP please? Will they even do it?Thanks!

I am on getting close to trading in my 112 on a 190 (plus cash). I am some what new to Panerai and have always owned Rolex watches.
