- Genius! I only like to use digital watches and it is hard to find something fashionable. This watch is so cute, I love it so much!!!! Only complaint is that there is no light feature, so you can't see in the dark.

Jacob & Co. JC-M8 2.00 carat bezel wrist watches news:
Having perused the TRF and their variety of everyday topics, I've found this forum to be far more practical and insightful in terms of Rolex ownership. There's no 'keeping up with the Jones', OCD issues and/or 'show-off' mentalities running rampant. Very refreshing in a world where status-symbolism often reigns supreme amongst contemporary, new-moneyed mind-sets.Though the WTF traffic may be considerably less than the TRF, the responses here are always straightforward and to the point. One can appreciate that.Once upon a time, Rolexes had sort of an esoteric following. Nowadays they seem to fall into the same mundane category as BMWs, Nikon cameras and Martin guitars, items once respected for what they were but now relegated to upwardly-mobile consumerism and braggadocio.Perhaps this is the curse of anything well-made and expensive. Eventually they become mainstream and potentially tacky (especially to the old-timers who simply appreciated them per se).
I'm in need of a second hand pinon for a cal 89 movement. Would anyone know where I might locate one?
I'm trying, but I simply can'tI'm behind that Seamaster, and I told myself that I will stop buying $100 to$300 watches, but simply can't...I'm sick, really, as I spend around $600 each month on watches, each particulary nice, but no higher-end with the exception of my Speedy Broad Arrow, that was bought with a bonus from a job well doneno saving at allWhat can I do? I know this is the worst place to ask for advice on "stop buying" but what can I do???How can you control yourselves about this?
Hi Guys,Very happy with my latest acquisition. I really think this is a beautiful watch and am very pleased!
Received my first Patek two weeks ago and I am completely in love with the watch. This has long been a true grail watch for me ever since I saw one in person 8 years ago and it was always out of budget and out of mind until this year at SIHH when they announce it was going to be discontinued. With that knowledge in mind I quickly looked at my collection to see what I can consolidate, in the end two APs and a Panerai were sacrificed to pave way for the Patek... I could not be happier. Just a quick and dirty cell phone shot, I will try and take pictures when I get proper camera time with her over the weekend. Have a great weekend boys and girls.
