- I really loved the crisp, clean look of the watch but the only complaint I got from my boyfriend about it was that the face is just a tad bit too for him. He's keeping the watch regardless so I think it was a great buy!!!

Jacob & Co. JC-47sr 3.25 carat bezel wrist watches news:
I really think that everyone needs a wildly well-lumed "¨¦mail-lumineuse" -based watch by Angular Momentum. The compound is a special enamel and luminant mixture that they do so well. You've seen lume, and then you've seen Angular Momentum lume. You'll be reminded of the Jungle scenes at night in the new Avatar movie. See what I mean? All those bioluminescent tones together make for lots of eye candy. Angular Momentum has been playing with designs and this is one of the newer ones. Part radioactive warning, and part cuttle fish, this latest Freehand TEC/A13 watch is an interesting sign of the designs to come. I really like the large luminant dots on the bezel that continue mirrored on the side of the? bezel. This is a very interesting style and I think it works really well. The case is made out of Angular Momentum's new preferred steel - Staybrite 1.4435 Ncu that is specially resistant to corrosion and is very high quality. The case is 46mm wide and 12mm thick. The lugs are singular and
Walking by an AD in the mall today, spotted this one and once it was on my wrist, I just couldn't take it off. Among other things, it has the easiest deployant strap I've yet used - just push two little tabs and it opens, rather than having to get your finger between the strap and the hinge and press. It's out in the sun now being fully charged - it needs a full reset because the dealer had set the hour, minute and second hands 1/4 movement off. I think it's handsome. Comments?
not much difference compared to the 45.5anyone having similar experience? the 42 does seem smaller but not by much...
I recently purchased a used (mint condition) no date sub. The seller stated that the watch is a ref # 14060 manufactured in 1999.I was surprised when I turned the bezel that it did not click and that it turned in both directions. I know the older subs were bi directional with the click when turning, but it was my understanding that the newer subs were uni directional (counter clockwise only).Any idea what year Rolex changed this on the no date sub?Is it possible for a 14060 made in 1999 to have a bi directional bezel? It is possible to verify the manufacture date of the watch? Possibly from the serial #?One last question. How many links are supposed to be on the bracelet for a watch of my vintage? Thanks for your insight.
I have noticed the lack of what would appear to be lume markers for the hour hands and markers on the deconstructed romans as well as the diamond dials. From what I can tell only two dials have lume. For those of you with the deconstructed romans or diamond dials, does this bother you?
