Jaeger LeCoultre Jaeger LeCoultre 5043 wrist watches news:
Ok...I seriously want a real "beater". I want saphire and 200m. With my terrible dissapointment in a Tag F1 (I took it back after it went south in48hrs) I'm looking at this beast in quartz...what's the verdict? Its at overstock for 300.00 and I plan on using one of my Waterborne straps.
Help me with reasons why I should buy it and reasons to obsess over another AP to buy!Btw my first AP.Will not be my only watch.
Hello all: A friend of mine was asking where the best place would be for him to get his Seamaster Auto serviced. He lives in Ottawa. I assume that there is an Omgea Service Centre in Toronto, but I figured I'd ask here on the forum since many of you may have better opinions as to where he should go for service. Many thanks, Chris
Hey guysNever thought I'd add a Panerai to the collection, but the 42mm 1940 (PAM512) is really growing on me. Thin, sandwiched, and transitional lugs with holes are all a big plus. Just not too keen on the faux tritium LL and patina, but I think the pros outweigh the cons. This may just be my first fun watch in a long time!List is $7800. Was this reference excluded from Feb's 5% price cut?AD offered 20% + tax on a Q serial. Do you think I should take the plunge or could better AD deals be had?
Evening All,Are there any owners of the SS Sky Dweller in the above areas who'd be happy to meet me to see the watch please? This might look at mite dodgy to some, but I can assure you that my interest is genuine (after all, look at my previous posts) and I want to see what the blue/white/black version looks like in the flesh. I'm especially interested to see a blue dial version. If there are any takers, let me know and I can PM you and we can set something up. I work in DC for the Feds, so can do anything within the 8-5 time frame.Best,TA
