- This thing is HUGE! Its more of a clock that you happen to wear on your wrist than a watch. Be prepared. That said it is magnificent, and a lot of watch for the money. Everyone will notice this one. Enjoy!

- It's a beautiful watch in blaze orange. I haven't been late for anything lately, so it must be working OK.

- As a EMT/Firefighter this is a very practical watch for when taking vital signs. For someone that has gone through 2 watches a year for the last 15 years, this is the best watch I have ever owned.

Jaeger LeCoultre Q3738420 wrist watches news:
Wow what a great site! I have my father Hamilton watch and I would like to get some info on it.I know he bought the band later and it is soild gold and very heavy. The crystal has been replaced. He died in 1994 so I don't know when he would have bought it but I am guess in the fifties. My brief research points me to a Boone style but it was not made after the 30's so this watch may have been my grandfathers.Sorry the photo's are not betterBall park, how much would it cost to have the watch cleanedAlso ball park how much is just the watch worth, not the band. No I am never going to sell it.
My dad recently passed away and he left a number of watches behind. Here are two hamilton electric watches.Could anyone help in indentifying what they are and there fair market value. Thanks!!Pete

Like what I did there?.... So here's my watch. Originally my father's which he purchased in about 1981 after securing a big shipping contract in the Middle East, where I grew up. Thought it was lost for the last 17 years as Dad had Alzheimers, but it turned up in a box of junk (her words) that my Stepmum gave me after he passed away last year. The President 18c bracelet was broken and worn, the glass chipped, the crown missing, and was in a state of severe disrepair. I bit the bullet and spent $NZ5k having the centrepiece repaired by Rolex and it is now under warranty and in as newcondition. I had to change the dial as the old one (gold) had radium and had to be removed according to Australian law. Went for the metallic blue dial and brown leather strap for a sort of classic/ modern look. I'll get the gold bracelet repaired in good time, but for now I'm pretty pleased with the result. Great to give this watch a new lease of life and in a way I feel closer to Dad as it was his most pre
Hi All - currently in a cruise and pulled into Falmouth, Jamaica this morning. AD at port has a SD43 available immediately at $10,800 USD all in. I have the BLNR and love it..wear it daily. I need to make a call in next two hours. Two questions: 1. Is this a fair price on the SD43? Is it too similar to the BLNR in your opinion. Appreciate any input.
