- I have been using this watch for about 2 months, very well built and the leather strap so far is still looking like new. Watch might be a little heavy for some people and sure it is but looks are really nice. So be aware when buying this watch if you don't like heavy watches.
Others reviewers had already explained how to set date (move crown to only available position and the press button on the upper right side as many times as needed to get to the right date, you can use a clip to do this.)

My love for the Extra-Thin Royal Oak, known by most as the "Jumbo", is well documented.? It was my very first truly high end watch and I really do believe it is both one of the great designs of 20th century watchmaking, and likely the most balanced wristwatch ever conceived.? The way it sits on the wrist? Ugh. It's just so good.? Building your own custom watch safe/winder
I am thinking about using Orbita's Sparta 1 DIY module to build my own watch winder/safe and was wondering if anyone had done anything similar or had any suggestions.I also like the idea of being able to display my watches, but it makes me very nervous to think that all of that money could be in effect sitting open for a smash and grab robbery even with a house alarm. Also having them easily seen means easily pocketed when anyone comes into the house (workers, guests, friends of friends etc). I have being toying with the idea of having a cabinet that can combine functions. I don't need a safe with the strength of Fort Knox, just something that can't be easily jimmied open. I originally got the idea from Orbita's wall safe:This appealed to me, but I wanted more than 6 heads on it and didn't want to have to buy 2 or more. I thought that if I built my own I could also incorporate watch storage (non-winding) as well as some misc. valuable space as well.My current vision is to put this in m
