- The face of the Geneva watch is very appealing. The strap is extremely inferior and it would be best to purchase a new watch band if you plan on wearing this item more than once.

Jaeger LeCoultre 171.24.40 wrist watches news:
Mr Terry Diver's thread on casebacks gave me an idea for a photo thread on favourite casebacks.I'm sure you must have some favourites yourselves. Omega has designed some rather attractive casebacks over time. One caseback per post please pals and let's see what takes your fancy Here's one of mine -Pictures clockwise from top - theoldwatchshop, teelee, watches24seven
Just want to share my new Muhle Glashutte. What do you all think?
Hey guys,I usually wear the larger watches but smaller watches can look great too for a change, dont you agree? Cheers!
Hello folks,I'm wondering about ages for those who owns DSOM. I'm 44 years young and sure that DSOM will look great for next 10 to 15 years.. But I am not sure if I see myself wearing it over my 60s. what do you guys think?
I am currently looking to add to my collection and have settled on one of these two choices. I am looking at preowned and found a 42mm Omega PO (orange bezel) and 42mm Girard Perragaux Seahawk II with the reserve de marche feature. I very much like the look of both and prices are similar (PO is a little cheaper but it is on rubber and the Seahawk is on metal hence the slightly higher cost of the Seahawk). My daily wearer now is a no date sub so I would be sharing wrist time with that. I like sport watches, and I'm looking for something that I can wear with OR scrubs and jeans/casual, so it doesn't have to be a watch for all seasons. I have a dress watch when called for. I swim with my watch but I don't dive with it, so differences in water resistance aren't a big concern. My only experience with either brand is a 1950s seamaster I own which is obviously a different beast. Anyone have experience with both and some recommendations? Thanks.
