And now the Aerospace...
...is on my wrist. I've had an interest in this watch for years, due to its combination of digital and analog technology. In high school, my dad gave me a Seiko Sports 100, which had an analog face with a dive watch look, but also had a digital readout. Very handy and served me well for years, until my dad gave me his Omega Speedmaster Professional and my love for classic mechanical watches with an adventurous feel was born. I'd debated the Aerospace's utility, in a world of iPhones. Nonetheless, I decided I wanted one good quartz watch with various functions. The Aerospace is that watch, for me. I bought it yesterday. Incoming Omega 2254
Here is my story ... sad but true ... hahaMy first luxury watch was Omega SMP Blue Bond ... when i got my first Rolex Sub Date ... my best friend confiscated my Omega. He is wearing it now and will only return it when he gets his first Rolex which probably wont be for a while.One of my favorite things about having an Omega was the bragging rights of saying Omeeeeeeeeega as in Casino Royale movie. So i had to get another one. Omega 2254 was my choice, should have one incoming tomorrow.Here is a pic of my old Omeeeeeeega with the Rolex Sub Date.
