Strap or deployment buckle?
Hi there,I need a new deployment buckle (or complete strap) for my Master Collection Moon Phases,but as a new original strap with buckle is too expensive, I was looking for an aftermarket option but as close as possible to the original. As a matter fact, If you know a place where I can buy at least the original buckle, I'd be very thankful!Thanking you all in advance.

Why ?
Got a Hamilton RR Special trying to Time it, its running a little Fast, when I pull out the crown It's very sensitive when turning it to adjust the start time correctly, the other thing I noticed, when the Crown is in the in Position, and I turn it clock wise, the sweep hand works but suddenly the minute hand suddenly stopped moving ?, but when I do the reverse and turn the crown in the in position, counter clockwise suddenly the minute hand begins to work once again - Why ? does this sound Normal ?Update:I think I loosened it a bit to much in trying to time it, once I tightened it it seems to be working alright, but, the Crown when adjusting the time still seems sensitive ?

What watch is your "White Whale"?
Mine is the Rolex Submariner 14060m (pre-chronometer). Since I sold mine almost 10 years ago, the 14060m has continued to elude me. I have tried to acquire one on a couple occasions, but something always prevents me from getting it. Your "White Whale" is not a grail, just a watch that is within your means of buying but time after time you cannot acquire it for one reason or another. What is or was your "White Whale"?JB

Omega Strap
Looking for a strap for my Omega deep blue 166.073,it's at STS (swiss time services) atm which is the UK's vintage Omega service centre,would like a leather strap in keeping with it's age 70s,do Omega have a strap cataloge?I've tried looking but can't find one,and would I need to go though an AD to order a strap? I prefer to stay with Omega for the strap so any help in choosing a suitable strap would be good,oh and I guess they no longer sell the vintage buckles on the strap so that would have to be used? thanks
