Full disclosure: I am a vintage Seiko fanatic. My watch-collecting journey really started with a fascination for Seiko¡¯s iconic automatic models of ¡®60s, ¡®70s, and (early) ¡®80s. Over the years, it¡¯s proven a great and satisfying romance, cemented by acquiring a number of great Seiko vintage timepieces ¨C a very rare Timesonar (one of the first watches by Seiko to have an exhibition caseback ¨C and therefore, sort of ever), an amazing NOS Seiko ¡°Monaco¡± with a 7016 movement, and my first grail attained, the 6139 ¡°Pogue¡± chrono that was renowned for being the first watch in outer space on a Skylab mission. Introducing: The Tudor Heritage Black Bay Dark, PVD-Coated, 41 mm, In-House, And Chronometer Certifi
Hot off the news that we'd see the Black Bay go bronze, 43 mm, and in-house late last night, we now have another Heritage Black Bay in something we'd never thought we'd see – a PVD case! On top of that, it's COSC certified, 41 mm, and in-house. A lot to like here, people. 1 OF 3 While yesterday's Bronze Black Bay was upped to 43 mm, the Dark remains at the familiar and welcomed 41 mm diameter. The case is steel but treated with PVD, a practice that, to be honest, feels a little outdated when we now have DLC, and indeed the possibility of ceramic cases (which Tudor themselves offer). The case is entirely satin finished and a matching black bracelet is an option here. What's more is that this Black Bay comes with the manufacture movement MT5602, which offers up a healthy 70-hour power reserve. Help save xmas: Tag not working
Hi all. I bought a new Tag Heuer 2000 Aquaracer Automatic Chronograph Watch #CAF2112.BA0809 and gave it to my husband today on Christmas and we can't get the stopwatch to work. Our return time window is fast approaching and I need to act fast to be able to return it. Is there anything I can do to reset this watch or is it defective? Any help would be so greatly appreciated. I am so disappointed that my gift was a dud. :(
