Rolex Prices Unrealistic
For sale at a non certified Rolex dealer last week, a Daytona, SS, black dial, three year old unused for $14,100. I think this price is over inflated and not reflecting reality. I also think some dealers still have not realized, the country is in depression and the global economy is not doing very well overall. Do not believe the white wash the politicians are saying that it is a "double dip" recession. If you look you will see many back logs of Rolex watches used and new unsold. Yet some dealers are keeping the prices high, hoping things will pick up.I predict in 2011, prices will come down, if not, the inventory back log will increase, further driving the prices and sales down.

Many of us have enough watches to require some sort of wearing "rotation" so that our favorites get equal time.For me there is a particular watch that seems to demand to be worn more than the others and even when I try to rest it ,it won't go quietly.
